Ever wanted to make your own ice cream? So when I got the chance to attend an ice cream making class, I immediately raised both hands, figuratively of course.
Course participants were given the below handout, and I’m sharing it with all. We are all home chefs anyway 🙂
I can’t remember the chef’s name though.
– Do note that varying the ratio of full cream milk to skimmed milk will change the texture of the ice cream
– Use coarse salt, and not table salt!
