For those who play spot-the-mistake games, here’s something for you.
So, have you found the error in this pull-up banner? Look closely. This is definitely easier than the spot-the-cat picture floating around Facebook. Comment on this post if you need the answer; will not spoil it for everyone.
Well, apart from that textbook mistake, there is a another mistake in the banner. Yes, there is. The mistake needs some inferencing. It isn’t a grammatical or a spelling mistake. To some, the mistake is Sapura’s brand experience provided mostly by its frontline staff.
This is why I only buy my Apple products from its online store (and to enjoy education discounts of course) and also why I only send my Apple products to QCD for servicing. The staff needs more training not just in the technical aspects of servicing and repairing devices (without making things worse), but also in how they communicate with customers. Maybe they have improved ever since I last gave up on them and their service standards, I am not sure. I do not want to find out though, just in case I get disappointed again.
Apple, when are you going to set up your own Genius Bars and Apple Stores here?
Here’s an image uploaded by the people at PLS_REVERT. Have fun with the “emerge of technology”. What?
