H A B I T

Something really spoke to me during a leadership conference recently. This particular speaker used a word – habit – to illustrate her most important point of her presentation. She was entertaining and engaging despite her informal tone and her simple powerpoint slides. Here goes…

All leaders need to cultivate certain good habits (am not going to go into it now though).

Once a habit is ingrained in you, it will stay for a long, a real long time.

You remove ‘H’, you have ‘ABIT’.

You remove ‘A’. you have ‘BIT’.

You remove ‘B’, you still have ‘IT’.

And, if you remove ‘I’, … I’m not sure , cause she didn’t reveal this to us. 🙂
