Apple: Customer Relations


At last, my case got escalated to the Customer Relations Department @ Apple HQ Singapore. This is the 2nd escalation so far. The first one was the rusting top case. Now it is the spinning colour wheel that keeps haunting me.

“I am seriously considering your request for a 1-1 exchange. However, I do not want to give you too much expectation as I will need to get more information from the technical service people first.”

I prefer talking to CR dept people than the tech people @ 8001861087.

I NEED MY LAPTOP BACK NOW!!!
