If your service standard remain as bad as it is now, no one will ever support you in the long run. So what if you have the iPhone, so what if you start stealing broadcasting rights from Starhub.
Having content is one, being nice and treasuring your loyal customers is another thing. Thank you Starhub for your great service for many years. Thank you for rewarding loyal customers (even though you can do much more instead of just rewarding new customers). Enough stories from friends and family from the red camp are enough for me to make a decision never, NEVER, to change. Even though you have the iPhone, even though you got ESPN, EPL, etc, I shall not succumb. I shall not be tied to a service provider that does not care about its customers.
